What is your role at Dynasty Studios?
I’m Alpaslan Gence, Partner Relations Manager at Dynasty Studios. My role is to engage in partnerships with other studios, suppliers, individuals and companies to be a fellow traveler in Dynasty’s journey.
I have to align with each of our departments in order to make sure I search and find the best suited partners. Receiving proposals, contracting, negotiating and problem solving are my daily tasks.
What do you like best about working at Dynasty Studios?
Creativity is very welcome at Dynasty Studios. We are not only building the future of gaming, but also structuring our company in line with the latest trends. We are not sticking to long and ineffective processes. Participating in Web3, building our own processes for the daily operations and following every trend related to the gaming industry are all the best parts about working at Dynasty Studios.
What do you think sets Dynasty Studios apart from other game companies?
Diversity and flat organization set Dynasty apart from other studios. We are an international company with different locations across the world. We have different nationalities, ages and genders, but we all respect each other while building a great product and having fun at the same time. Each individual’s opinion and idea can lead to a new path, and everyone in the company can be easily reached to talk about anything anytime.
What’s your favorite video game and why?
Currently The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is my favorite. The game has a very strong story and rich wanderer experience. My all-time favorite is C&C: Generals Zero Hour. In my opinion, it was the best strategy game matching with the real world: using each item requires special skill to make a difference. I am up for a challenge if anybody is ready for it. I don’t think I would lose. 😊
Where do you want to visit next and why?
I want to visit California and drive alongside the ocean. Because of the pandemic I couldn’t have so many chances to travel out of Turkey. I would like to start with a place that has great weather, beach, sun and smiling faces.

I have more than 5 nicknames. Alpaslan is a long name and not easy to pronounce for everybody. Therefore, I am called “Alp”, “Alpi”, “Alpa”, “Alpo”, “Alfa”, “Apo”, “Alpin”… There are few more, but I believe these are already enough to share!
